Chris and Niki both have experience in a wide range of varying geological settings and deposit types. Their precious and base metals background covers greenstone lode deposits, orogenic gold deposits, sediment hosted metasomatic gold deposits, volcanogenic massive sulphide systems, IOCG’s, IRGS’s and granite hosted systems, as well as porphyry and epithermal mineral systems.
Their combined exploration experience covers Archean age terrains in Australia, central Brazil and the Canadian Shield, Proterozoic age terrains in Central and Northern Australia and in Tapajos Province of central northern Brazil. Chris has further experience in the Palaeozoic aged mineralised belts of Central and Western NSW, Australia and the Cenozoic aged epithermal systems in New Zealand.
Niki Spurway
She has worked in both exploration and mining companies which focused on gold and base metals, and in service roles supporting junior explorers with geological database solutions and management. She has worked as a project geologist in Tanami and Pine Creek areas of WA and NT in Australia for 6 years and as a mine geologist at Sunrise Dam Gold mine in WA for 2 years. This on-ground experience has prepared her to manage field data and assays for her clients. She holds a B.Sc (Hons) in earth sciences from the University of Queensland and is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (MAIG).

Chris Spurway
He has worked with a spectrum of resource companies, from large international organizations such as AngloGold Ashanti and CRA Exploration, mid-tier producers including Troy Resources and Serabi Gold and smaller exploration juniors. He has held senior management roles for Serabi Gold, Troy Resources, TriAusMin and Eurasian Minerals Inc. He has a demonstrated track record of mineral deposit discovery and development in Australia, South America, and Canada. Chris holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in geology from the University of Sydney and is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (FAusIMM), a Fellow of Society of Economic Geologists (FSEG), and member of Australian Institute of Geoscientists (MAIG), and the Geological Society of Australia (MGSA).

Extensive experience in exploration management, programming, budgeting, contract management, monitoring and reporting. Chris has held roles managing exploration and geology departments internationally and within Australia, spanning project focused programs to corporate strategies.
Business Development
Broad experience in opportunity identification, procurement, assessment and negotiation. Chris has utilized his experience to identify new opportunities for companies and clients alike and negotiated a number of partnerships for projects in Australia and New Zealand.

An Experienced Strategic Planner, with corporate experience in formulating medium to short term exploration/production plans, with experience in tailoring programs and budgets to meet specific corporate objective.
